In the case of self-collection, the seller will first inform the buyer by email that the goods they have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the buyer can collect the goods by arrangement with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment is made upon delivery of the goods in cash, by EC or credit card, or via easyCredit. Financing models for bicycles must be requested in advance by email to store@nanobike.de or by telephone on 030 678 21 888. Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties, which you will be responsible for paying.

 Deliveries outside the EU are delivered without VAT and deducted directly when ordering. VAT refunds after exporting goods from the EU are possible for goods with a net value of €250.00 or more. To do so, please submit the original invoice and the export certificate stamped by customs.
