The flat, fast-rolling center profile reduces rolling resistance to a minimum, while the pronounced sidewalls provide reliable cornering grip and control in technical sections. At the heart of the Scorpion XC RH is the Race XC compound, a high-performance rubber developed based on the proven experience of Pirelli's motorsport technicians for the most demanding cycling disciplines. Developed specifically for XC racing, this blend guarantees ultra-fast handling, explosive acceleration, and maximum pedal Efficiency. The ProWALL technology features a nylon sidewall protector that improves puncture resistance and handling at low tire pressure. In combination with various carcass constructions, namely 120 and 60 tpi, it is a solid option for XC racing and trail riding.
