The XLC Steering rod extender AP-C03 is an additional part that is attached to a standard fork with a 1 1/8 inch carbon stem. The XLC tax rate extender AP-C03 was developed for use on mountain bikes and racing bikes. It stabilizes the carbon shaft from the inside and protects the carbon from the stem clamp.
