Payment Methods and Shipping Costs
1. Delivery
1.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes, or a freight forwarder
1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway
1.3. Unless otherwise agreed, goods delivered by a freight forwarder are delivered “curbside,” meaning to the public curb closest to the delivery address.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1. For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.95 EUR per order. For shipping to German islands, an island surcharge of 10.00 EUR applies.
2.2. If pickup has been agreed upon, the seller will notify the customer that the ordered goods are ready for pickup. Upon receipt of this email, the customer may pick up the goods at the seller’s place of business or at an agreed-upon location, as arranged with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs apply.
2.3. For international shipping, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply per order:
Austria: 14.95 EUR
2.4. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (such as in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. You are responsible for paying these.
