You can easily tell whether your messenger bag is suitable for retrofitting by whether there are press studs or a Velcro fastener on the inside of the back plate. If there is a Velcro fastener, you can retrofit the laptop compartment. If there are press studs, you can use the F32G and F32D inserts as an alternative.
