The Kathmandu Hybrid C:62 SLX incorporates all of Cube's expertise gained from developing the popular Kathmandu Hybrid e-bikes, but we are launching this touring bike as an even lighter SLX version without compromising on stability and versatility. A C:62 carbon frame with carbon fork and a lightweight Bosch SX motor are just the beginning!
The lighter the bike, the more you can take with you on your tour – but if low weight means compromising on robustness, it's no good to anyone. That's why the frame of the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid C:62 is made from our proven C:62 carbon material. Its structure combines the load capacity necessary for longer rides with the comfortable ride and handling typical of Cube. The chassis owes its elegant appearance and high versatility to UDH, our Advanced Internal Cable Routing, and a Boost thru-axle at the front and rear. In addition, the stiff carbon fork is not only lightweight but also extremely responsive – and because we have installed our beautifully integrated IC 3.0 luggage rack as a super-stable transport platform, all your belongings will travel safely from A to B. What else? A powerful 400 Wh battery for a long range. Lightweight and top support on tour – what more could an explorer's heart desire?
