The 858 NSW Carbon Tubeless Disc Brake wheelset with TSE features a tubeless and hookless rim profile for a seamless tire transition and massive weight reduction. The 858 offers you the benefits of our high rims at a weight normally achieved with 20 mm lower rims. The internal width of the wheel is 23 mm and is ideal for running wider tires at lower pressures to reduce rolling resistance. TSE technology helps you to overcome the four obstacles that stand in the way of speed: Air resistance, gravity, rolling resistance and vibration losses.
The undulating 82mm to 85mm high rim shape of the 858 NSW, our patented Sawtooth profile, is our most powerful design for aero efficiency and crosswind stability. The result is pure speed, especially for triathletes, time trial specialists and all other serious speed fans. And although this wheelset is optimized for tubeless tires, you still have the option to run tubeless-ready tires with tubes. The 858 NSW is fastest with a 28 mm tire. In triathlon, wider tubeless tires with lower pressure are faster and provide a smoother ride so your body is fresher for the run. Disc brakes also offer more reliable speed control and stopping power in all weather conditions. The 858 NSW is equipped with the ZR1 SL Premium hubset with ceramic bearings and 66 points of Engagement.
