The stylish, waterproof Up-Town Rack basket is the ideal companion for convenient shopping and can be easily attached to the luggage rack thanks to the Top-Lock adapter. With a volume of 17.5 liters, it is perfect for a visit to the market, picking up bread rolls or a stroll through town. The central lid fastening provides quick access without having to open the lid completely. Purses, keys or smartphones can be stored within easy reach in the zippered inner compartment, while the inner reinforcement and the feet ensure stability when loading and unloading. The Top-Lock adapter offers a unique way of quickly attaching the Up-Town Rack to the luggage rack. Not only is the initial installation on luggage carriers from 80 to 160 millimetres and a tube diameter of 8 to 16 millimetres done in no time at all, the basket can also be easily attached and removed afterwards thanks to the release handles on both sides. A sturdy aluminum frame and a comfortable, adjustable carrying handle round off the modern look and make it easy to take with you on your next shopping trip. For better visibility in road traffic, the carrier basket is fitted with the typical ORTLIEB bright reflector. The maximum load capacity of the basket is ten kilograms.
