The 650b rear wheel and 20in front, both fitted with big-volume tyres for grip and comfort, are carefully chosen to provide the best blend of manoeuvrability and stability, even when you're pedalling with a heavy load. A low-maintenance hub gear system works with the Bosch drive unit and battery to help power you along, and the front suspension fork keeps your cargo safe and intact, even on bumpy city streets. The cargo box is made from EPP foam, just like a motorcycle helmet, and there's an option seat and canopy for your kids. We've included full-length mudguards, super-bright front and rear LED lights so you're sure to be able to see and be seen throughout the day and night, and you can even add a rear rack for extra load-lugging ability. It was the power of Bosch's fourth-generation drive system that gave our engineering team the opportunity to design the brand-new Cargo Hybrid. Stable, versatile, practical and elegant in spite of its utilitarian purpose, it's the cargo- and people-carrying bike that's set to help redefine urban travel. Built around a 27.5in rear and 20in front wheel, the frame makes use of all our experience in aluminium bike design to create a structure that's stiff enough to carry up to two children in complete safety, but with confidence-inspiring and comfortable handling that makes navigating city streets a breeze. The smooth, powerful Bosch drive unit sits unobtrusively at the base of the seat tube, while the battery is located near the bike's centre of gravity for impeccable handling and easy access. Cargo – or your children, if you fit the optional bench seat and padded seat belts – sits safely in the EPP foam box at the front. It's a completely new way to get around town.
