The Aqua Front Light is here to help with its clever combination of materials. The 2D-welded canvas is thinner, but no less robust than the heavier bags of the Aqua series. Instead of an elaborate compression system, a cargo net is used for quick access to your jacket, an extra shirt or other clothing items you’ll need on the ride. The Aqua Front Light is not only perfect for bike packing adventures and demanding bike trips, but — in combination with its shoulder strap — also ideal as an accessory for commuters. The Aqua Light panniers are manufactured in Germany without the use of PVC in accordance with the Greenshape 2.0 criteria. Included: two bags (pair).

Materials & Technologies

The soft back bag pack for VAUDE bag packs is based on our proven hardback technology – although dispensing with the fully enveloping plastic panel. By this means we have achieved a significant reduction in weight as well as more flexibility in its attaching. Maximum load: 10 kg per bag.

The second generation of our Quick Mount Release Hook: even easier to operate and is lockable directly at the hook (for example, with an ABUS 145/20 lock).
We recommend leaving a minimum distance of 11 cm between hooks during installation.
